Weekly Food

OH! Looks like its time for another addition of weekly food!

alrighty, well...i though about a halloween treat, but we still have a while to go until that happens....soooo. How about....

"MAKE-IT-YOURSELF BITCH" PIZZA
(alright, so the "bitch" is optional, but it just adds so much feeling to the title!)

You need these things:

one can of those croissant rolls (crust)

a baggie of cheese (the itallian kind with motzerella and other itallian-like processed cheese)

a jar of pasta sauce (i'd stick to the regular old tomato, garlic and onion kind, but that's just me)

spinach pizza is actually really yummy, so if you're feeling brave buy a package of the frozen spinach at the store and follow the defrosting directions on the box

[if you really feel you have to...peperoni , sliced ham and other meat things are optional]

so...this is how you make it...

you need to take the roll of croissants out of the tubey and if you hate that popping noise it makes when you slap it on the counter, get a friend to do it (or throw it at someone because that instantly makes it better). DONT SEPERATE THE CROISSANTS!
you just lay the whole thing out on a baking stone or a cookie sheet. Make sure to take a fork and poke the top of the croissants all over so they don't rise in the oven.

now, spread that bad boy down with pasta sauce.

next, you need to put cheese and toppings on! yay! This is the best part because you can make pizza pictures!

alright, so czech the label on the croissant rolls and it should tell you how long that needs to cook. make sure and check every so often so it doesn't get burned and you should be just peachy....
